Modern slavery statement.

This statement is made by Primacy Consulting Group Limited in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2025, in line with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps we take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

The firm

PCG is a London-headquartered advisory firm working with industrial companies, investors and policy actors on cross-border trade worldwide, with deepest field experience along the Europe–Asia–Africa corridor. Our supply chain is small — primarily professional services, software, travel and office services.

Our policies

• An anti-slavery and human trafficking policy, reviewed annually.
• A code of conduct that applies to all engagements and personnel.
• Counterparty diligence for material suppliers and engagement partners.
• A confidential channel for staff and contractors to raise concerns.

Risk assessment

We consider the principal modern-slavery risks in our own business to be low. Where our advisory work involves emerging-market supply chains, we treat human-rights and labour-practice exposure as a material due-diligence dimension and brief clients accordingly.

Training

Partners and senior advisors receive periodic briefings on modern slavery indicators relevant to the sectors and regions in which we operate.
